Dryzintj Product Return, Exchange, and Order Cancellation Policy

To protect your legal rights and clarify the return, exchange, and order cancellation processes, we have established this policy. Please read it carefully. Basic Information:
After placing an order, in-stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Orders can be edited or changed within 12 hours of placing them. All cancellation and return requests must follow the specific policies outlined below.


1. Basic Cancellation and Return Principles

To ensure that cancellations and returns are processed properly, you must obtain written approval from dryzintj:

1.1. Application Method:
Please send an email to service@dryzintj.com to submit a cancellation or return request and wait for our written approval.

1.2. Unapproved Handling:
Any cancellation request not approved in writing will be rejected, and the order will continue to be processed as normal. Any product returned without prior approval will be refused and returned to your designated address at your own expense.


2. Product Defects and Inspection Requirements

For minor defects, stains, or similar issues, please follow the steps below:

2.1. Inspection Period:
Please conduct a thorough inspection of the product within 14 calendar days after receiving the package.

2.2. Defect Feedback:
If defects or stains are found, please contact us (via email or phone) promptly, and we will offer a solution. If the inspection period exceeds 14 calendar days, it will be assumed that the defect or stain occurred during use, and we will no longer be responsible for it.


3. Order Cancellation Policy (by Cancellation Time)

3.1. Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation
If your order has been placed but the shipping label has not been created, we will process a full refund and not charge any handling fees.

3.2. Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)
If the shipping label has been created but the order has not yet been shipped, we will charge a 10% handling fee based on the original product price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3.3. Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order is shipped, the package cannot be held. You can choose from the following options:

  1. Reject the package upon delivery.

  2. Sign for the package and then contact us for a return shipping label.

After the package is returned to the specified address and inspected, we will process the refund and charge a 20% restocking fee based on the original product price.

3.4. Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package)
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and remains unopened, you can cancel the order by following the process below:

  1. Contact us and provide clear photos and videos of the unopened package to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, return the entire unopened package to the original delivery company at your own expense.

  3. After the package is returned and inspected, we will process the refund and charge a 20% restocking fee.


4. Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Reasons)

If you request an order cancellation (return) within 30 calendar days after delivery due to non-quality reasons (e.g., unwanted, wrong size, dislike, accepting minor shipping damage compensation), please follow the steps below:

4.1. Application:
Contact us and provide clear photos and videos showing the product and packaging in the original condition, undamaged, and unused to request prior return authorization.

4.2. Return Process:
Once authorized, return the complete product with its original packaging to the original shipping company at your own expense.

4.3. Timeframe Limit:
Requests made more than 30 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.

4.4. Inspection and Restocking Fee:
After the product is returned and inspected, we will process the refund and charge a 25% restocking fee based on the original product price.


5. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable unless under extreme special circumstances. Please contact us in advance to request approval, and unauthorized returns will be refused:

  1. Specially customized orders.

  2. Used products (with clear signs of usage).

  3. Sale items.


6. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

6.1. Refund Timing:
Refunds will typically be processed within 15 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned package and inspect it.

6.2. Delay Explanation:
Refund delays may occur due to reasons such as bank processing or logistics verification. Please contact us promptly (via email or phone) and provide supporting documentation for further explanation and handling.


7. Important Notes

7.1. Do Not Reject FedEx/UPS Packages:
If you need to return a package, do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Please sign for the package first, then email us at service@dryzintj.com to request a return shipping label.
