1. Basic Warranty Information

1.1. Warranty Period:
All products purchased from dryzintj come with a 1-year free warranty starting from the date of package receipt. After the warranty period, you can inquire about paid repair services.

1.2. Warranty Eligibility:
This warranty applies only to products purchased through official channels and requires proof of purchase such as order number, payment screenshot, or other valid documentation.

1.3. Related Information:
Orders can be edited/modified within 12 hours of placement. In-stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery takes 5-7 business days. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt.

2. Warranty Coverage

Within the warranty period, products with the following issues caused by non-human factors are eligible for free repair, part replacement, or other services:

1. Product manufacturing defects

2. Non-human faults during normal use

3. Potential quality issues not detected during factory testing

The following situations are not eligible for free warranty services, and any costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility:

1. Human-caused damage (e.g., dropping, water damage, unauthorized disassembly)

2. Faults caused by improper use or maintenance

3. Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality

4. Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure

5. Expired warranty or absence of valid proof of purchase; issues related to serial numbers

3. Warranty Claim Process

If a product within the warranty period experiences an issue that qualifies for warranty service, follow the steps below:

3.1. Claim Report:
Contact customer service to report the issue, providing the product model, a description of the issue, and purchase proof along with photos or videos of the defect.

3.2. Fault Verification:
Customer service will verify the issue within 1-2 business days and inform you whether the issue is eligible for warranty and the solution.

3.3. Product Return:
If the product is eligible for warranty service, return it to the address provided by customer service. Shipping costs will be initially borne by you, and we will reimburse the costs upon verification. Please package the product securely to prevent further damage during return.

3.4. Repair/Processing:
After receiving the product, we will inspect and repair it within 3-5 business days. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model or provide a substitute of equal value if the original model is discontinued.

3.5. Product Return:
Once the product is repaired or replaced, it will be shipped back to you within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery takes 5-7 business days, and you will receive a tracking number for the return shipment.

1. Please keep your purchase receipt safe. The warranty period will not be recalculated after a repair or replacement.

2. Report faults truthfully; false claims will be rejected.
