1. Shipping Information
1.1. Shipping Timeframe:
For in-stock orders, we typically ship within 1-2 business days after order placement (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not include order verification and transportation time.
1.2. Order Editing:
Orders can be edited or changed (such as shipping address, order details) within 12 hours after placing the order. After 12 hours, no changes can be made. Please double-check your information when placing the order.
1.3. Delivery Timeframe:
The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days (starting from the shipment date). The actual shipping time may vary depending on demand, factory production, holidays, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable factors. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Shipping Fee Policy
We offer free shipping for all products within the 48 contiguous states of the United States, with no shipping fees for you to pay.
The following regions are not eligible for free shipping, and you will be responsible for the related shipping fees: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.
3. Shipping Methods
3.1. Shipping Carriers:
We use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS to provide delivery services. Free shipping is available within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S., and the carrier will automatically choose the best delivery method based on your shipping address.
3.2. Shipping Address Requirements:
Please provide the correct, accurate, and complete shipping address (including street address, house number, postal code, etc.) when placing the order. If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or erroneous, and the package cannot be delivered or needs to be re-shipped, any additional shipping fees will be borne by you.
3.3. Tracking Information:
After your order is shipped, we will immediately send you the tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time shipping status and estimated delivery time of your package.
4. Additional Shipping Information
4.1. Signature Service:
By default, packages will be delivered without requiring a signature. The carrier will leave the package at your shipping address (or a designated collection point).
4.2. Signature Service Request:
If you require a signature service (meaning you or a designated person must sign for receipt), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order (via email or phone). We will assist you with this service. After 24 hours, the service cannot be added.
5. Important Notes
5.1. Multiple Shipments:
If your order contains multiple products, it may be shipped in multiple shipments depending on stock availability. There will be no extra charge for split shipments, and we will send you separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
5.2. Holiday and Promotion Delays:
During holidays or large promotional events, order volume may increase, leading to delays in shipping and delivery, potentially by 1-2 business days. We will make every effort to meet delivery timelines, and we appreciate your patience.
5.3. Shipping Issues:
