Dryzintj User Terms of Service

Welcome to use Dryzintj's products and services (we operate a full range of products in the United States). These Terms of Service aim to clarify the rights and obligations between you and Dryzintj (hereinafter referred to as "we"). 1. Order-Related Terms

1. Order Editing: You may edit or modify your order (including shipping address, order details, etc.) within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting customer service or through official channels. Orders cannot be modified after 12 hours, so please double-check the information when placing the order.

2. Shipping and Delivery: Orders with available stock will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The actual delivery time is 5-7 business days, with specific details available through logistics tracking information, except in cases of force majeure delays.

3. Order Activation: Once you submit an order and complete the payment, the order becomes effective, and both parties must adhere to these terms. You may not cancel an order that has already been processed without a valid reason (special cases can be discussed with customer service).

2. Price and Tax Terms

1. Product Price: All product prices displayed on the platform include relevant local taxes in the United States. The amount displayed during payment is the final amount to be paid, and no additional domestic taxes are required.

2. Customs Duty Explanation: The customs duty is determined based on the customs policy of the delivery address. Dryzintj does not bear any customs fees, which must be paid by you and coordinated with the customs authorities.

3. Product-Related Terms

1. Product Quality: We guarantee that all products sold are genuine and meet relevant U.S. product quality standards. If you receive a product with non-human quality issues, you may contact customer service for after-sales processing.

2. Product Usage: You are required to use the product in accordance with the instructions. If the product malfunctions due to improper use or human damage, we do not bear responsibility but may offer paid repair services (specific inquiries can be made to customer service).

4. User Obligations

1. You are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information (including shipping address, contact details, etc.). Any loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information resulting in undelivered packages or unprocessed orders will be borne by you.
